Why the electronic hardware & manufacturing portfolio
Configure, don't program
Beacons and gateways deploy from a PC GUI and web portal with zero firmware work.
Built for years, not quarters
Multi-year beacon batteries, ~15-year shelf labels, and −40/+85 °C operating ranges.
Own your data chain
Local servers, open APIs, and MQTT/UDP: every device feeds your systems, not someone else’s cloud.
Factory-backed
The partners who build these devices in volume stand behind every rollout, from spare parts to EMS.
Beacon BC-100 — Bluetooth LE Positioning Device
An ultra-low-power beacon you configure, not program.
Built for location tracking, asset monitoring, and proximity applications, BC-100 is configured without software programming — a PC GUI sets the broadcast format and it runs for years on a coin cell. The same configure-and-use approach spans eight form factors, from wristband and card to hard hat.
- Bluetooth LE 5.3 with advanced privacy mode and Resolvable Private Addresses
- iBeacon, Eddystone, and AltBeacon support across three independent advertising payloads
- Continuous or event-triggered broadcast, configured via the NanoBeacon Config PC GUI — no firmware programming
- Programmable output power up to +5 dBm; optional MedRadio band
- Sub-microwatt consumption, multi-year battery life (<650 nA in sleep)
- AES-128 authentication and clone prevention across all eight form factors

Bluetooth Gateway
Collects every beacon in range and streams it into your network.
A RISC-V-powered wireless gateway that runs Wi-Fi and Bluetooth simultaneously: it scans surrounding beacons, filters them by RSSI, MAC, and content, timestamps each reading, and forwards structured data to your central system. Paired with BC-100, it forms one end-to-end tracking system.
- 32-bit RISC-V processor at up to 160 MHz with simultaneous Wi-Fi/Bluetooth coexistence
- 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi at up to 150 Mbps; Station/SoftAP modes
- Bluetooth 5 LE & Mesh at up to +20 dBm
- UDP or MQTT (TLS) transport in JSON or Protobuf, plus a configurable heartbeat health signal
- OTA updates with digital signature and dual-partition rollback
- Web management portal for configuration and live system monitoring

E-Shelf Label (ESL) & IoT Gateway
Paper prices out; instant, error-free updates in — as a monthly service.
A domestically produced electronic shelf label and IoT gateway system that moves retail and logistics from paper to digital. Price and product information updates centrally, instantly, and without errors — and instead of selling hardware, the system is offered as a monthly per-label service (HaaS/leasing), backed by an end-to-end domestic production line.
- 2.66" 3-color e-ink display; ARM Cortex-M4F (nRF52840) processor architecture
- ~15-year battery life (3–10 years in imported equivalents)
- 400 m open-field gateway range (Skyworks FEM) — only 10 gateways for a 2,000 m² store
- Ethernet + Wi-Fi on the gateway for uninterrupted connectivity and stability
- Local server and open API for ERP/POS integration — data sovereignty
- 3–5-day lead time with local service (8–12 weeks for imports)
- 30–40% cost advantage from domestic production; 80% opex reduction with ESL
- HaaS/leasing model: customers never buy hardware, they pay a monthly service fee

RFID & Electronic Labeling
Every asset identified, counted, and traced — without touching it.
RFID-based identification and electronic-label (e-label) solutions for asset tracking, inventory management, and access control. The portfolio, delivered in the Karel partnership, gives production, logistics, retail, and security operations end-to-end traceability of products and assets.
- UHF/HF RFID tags, readers, and antenna infrastructure
