PIMS unites all operational, administrative, and logistics processes of national sea ports on one digital governance platform. Twelve integrated modules cover pilotage, tugboat, and mooring services, port operations and logistics, single-window and customs integration, dangerous goods, finance and e-payment, ship registry and citizen portal, mobile field operations, and cybersecurity. Scheduling is conflict-free by design, tariffs compute automatically from GRT, berth time, and service type, and harbor masters, inspectors, and pilots approve field operations from a GPS- and geofencing-verified mobile app. The platform reports vessel turnaround-time reductions of up to 40%.

NMIS gathers twelve previously disconnected maritime workflows onto one national platform: user and institution management, application and exam processes, training programs and course management, certificate management with a digital wallet, and audit and quality modules. Paper processes that took weeks drop to days and minutes; certificates become self-verifying; audits move from paper forms to an offline-capable tablet flow with a full findings lifecycle. The NMIS·AI layer adds six services on top — OCR & document AI, audit risk scoring, anomaly detection, workforce forecasting, a multilingual conversational assistant, and an adaptive question bank.

The Regular Line Information System runs scheduled sea transport as a real-time digital backbone: dozens of operators, hundreds of ships, and every line and coastal facility on one platform. Applications proceed step by step online with automatic pre-checks; approvals run through multi-stage workflows with port-authority participation; permits become QR-verifiable digital certificates; voyages, passenger, and cargo statistics report into a central dashboard; and inspections run on digital checklists with sanction processes tracked case by case. Identity is verified through e-government, and as a regulation-based official system every step is fully traceable.

A solution set that gathers seven separate maritime public services for citizens and administrative units. The amateur seafarer license and the VHF radio operator certificate run as a single flow — training, exam, fee, and card in one journey, with online or on-site exams, automatic scoring, and QR-coded certificates verifiable through e-government. Alongside it: an excise-free bunker-fuel portal, bareboat-charter temporary flag change (flag-in / flag-out), Main Search and Rescue Coordination Center (MRCC) support, and sea survey and audit accreditation.

Search-and-rescue planning, coordination, and decision support under one digital roof.

The SAR portal produces a common operational picture for Main Search and Rescue Coordination Center needs: data from different institutions and systems integrates into one view; COSPAS-SARSAT, GNSS, and Galileo SAR emergency signals are processed directly; map and satellite layers add geographic awareness, backed by meteorology and risk analysis; and a simulation/scenario infrastructure with AI-based decision support lets coordinators rehearse and choose response options. The program includes expert maritime and aviation staffing that becomes operational within 90 days.
