Tourism & Guest Support

Hotels, resorts, museums, and cultural heritage sites run on thousands of small moments. Solent puts guest experience, safety, and operations on one platform — real-time location, access control, AI-supported cameras, IoT monitoring, and a multilingual AI guide — so every moment lands and every incident is caught.

  • One panel: location · access · cameras · IoT
  • Kids safety module
  • Multilingual AI guide
  • Hotels · resorts · museums · heritage sites

Why Solent for tourism & guest support

  • One live panel

Location, access, cameras, and IoT devices watched from a single web panel instead of disconnected systems.

  • Guided in any language

A multilingual AI guide and personalized screens greet every guest in their own language.

  • Safety in the background

The Kids module, AI-supported cameras, and a rule-based alarm engine keep watch quietly, at scale.

  • Decisions on live data

Flow, density, and revenue analytics reach management in real time, not after the fact.

XPoint — Smart Tracking, Access Control & IoT Monitoring Platform

Who is where, who may pass, and what needs attention — one live panel.

An integrated facility platform for hotels, resorts, campuses, and similar large sites: Bluetooth-beacon location tracking, turnstile and door access control, AI-supported camera monitoring, IoT sensor tracking, and a rule-based alarm engine — all in one web panel. A four-step flow turns raw field data into action: sense, watch, evaluate, and notify. Disconnected turnstile, camera, and sensor silos collapse into a single screen, and alarm rules are defined without writing code — name, priority, condition, delay, cooldown, and auto-clear. The location layer runs on the BC-100 + IBG-1000 beacon system, the same field layer used across Solent's hardware line.

  • Real-time location and movement tracking of people and assets
  • Access control with entitlement rules, pricing/balance, vehicle and visitor management
  • Kids safety module: parent verification, health/allergy profile, personalized welcome screen
  • AI-supported camera monitoring with instant automatic alarms
  • Multi-channel notification: screen, e-mail, SMS, and automatic phone call
  • Remote bulk management of hundreds of IoT devices; role- and zone-based authorization
